EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not except exchanges for different items at this time. If you are looking for a different size in the same item purchased, please return your item and place a new order. Your refund will be processed within the time frame stated below.

Return Policy

Items purchased in the US from Jamel Hawk are eligible for a refund if returned within 15 days of purchase.

International Returns are eligible for a refund if returned within 28 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

There will be a flat rate fee of $12.00 for all returned items and this will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. However, if you are returning an item and placing a new order for the same item previously purchased, please contact us promptly with both the existing order number as well as the new one to ensure that you will not be charged the $12.00 fee. This does not apply to international returns as all international customers are required to handle all cost associated with returning items.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. Please use the original Jamel Hawk delivery box for shipment. Any merchandise returned in different packaging will not be accepted for return.

Refunds will be processed approximately 3-7 business days after the item is received. You will be notified once we have received your returned item.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Discounted items that are marked Final Sale may not be returned.

We reserve the right to not credit you if you return items outside of the Jamel Hawk return policy.
