How much does shipping cost?
$12 for all orders in the continental U.S.
$20 for 2 day express shipping in the continental U.S.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 3-6 days to arrive. Express 2 day shipping orders will be processed in 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Stampd newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
All sales are final, however returns will be honored up to 15 days for U.S. purchases and 28 days for International purchases, from when the product was received. Upon return, refund will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Note: The 15 U.S. and 28 International day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.
My shipping address is different from my billing address, why is my transaction declined?
If the customer’s billing address is not the same as the requested shipping address, the order will be cancelled without exception
Declined credit card?
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. For a more accurate timeline we suggest contacting your bank, as they are the ones responsible for clearing those charges.
I purchased a Jamel Hawk product from another retailer. How do I handle returns?
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through Jamelhawk.com.
